Managing Director and Principal Engineer
Jean-Paul is a chartered water engineer, manager and entrepreneur. Jean-Paul has managed and delivered water engineering services across the UK, Middle East and Africa. His areas of specific technical expertise include pressure and gravity network modelling and design, surge analysis and mitigation, development engineering, floodplain modelling and risk, flood defence design, SuDS and drainage design, and international development.

Water Consulting Worldwide (WCW) has firm roots in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom with worldwide experience within WCW especially in the Middle East/Asia and Central Africa.
Water Consulting Worldwide has a sister company in Kigali, Rwanda; Water Consulting East Africa Ltd. With a great many projects completed in Central Africa, WC EA brings a wealth of knowledge of that region to World Consulting Worldwide.
